Beef Schnitzel w/ Potato Wedges, Coleslaw & Lemon
Hand crumbed beef schnitzel is lightly pan fried until golden and served with our very own coleslaw, potato wedges, sour cream and lemon. Another light option for you to consider!
Ingredients
Beef, Savoy cabbage, Potato, Lemon, Egg, Sour cream, Breadcrumbs (GF), Carrot, Milk, Gluten free flour, Spring onion, Tobasco sauce.
Preparation and storage notes
For best results, quickly flash the Schnitzel in a frying pan to reheat. (or bake in the oven for approx 8 minutes, until hot) Place potato wedges in the oven at 180 C for approximately 8 minutes or until golden. Toss the coleslaw ingredients together to combine well. Serve with the wedge of lemon and a dollop of sour cream
