This is the epitome of all stews! French in origin and super tasty.. Beef is slow cooked with beef stock, red wine, onion, bacon lardons, carrots and button mushrooms until it is meltingly soft. The result is magnificent! Served with our steamed rice. Frozen

Beef stock, Beef brisket, Red wine, White rice, Onion, Carrot, Mushroom, Bacon, Oil, Unsalt butter, Garlic, Salt, Fresh thyme leaves, Black pepper, Bayleaf.
Preparation and storage notes
For best results, defrost bourguignon before use. Microwave for 2-3 minutes on high until hot. (longer if frozen)
