Pumpkin and Parmesan Arancini
A traditional take on everyones favourite Arancini. Simply reheat in the oven and serve with your favourite dipping sauce and salad

Ingredients
Vegetable stock, Pumpkin, White rice, Breadcrumbs (GF), Onion, Milk, Parmesan cheese, Dry white wine, Celery, Butter, Egg, Garlic, Fresh rosemary.
Preparation and storage notes
Bake the Arancini in the oven at 180C for approximately 15-18 minutes. Serve with your favourite salad and dipping sauce (Allow and extra 10-15 minutes if cooking from frozen). Use within 3 days of defrosting
