Ham and asparagus tart with pumpkin and spinach salad
Flaky puff pastry, shaved ham off the bone, local asparagus and a seedy mustard royale filling baked together to give you individual tartlets. Served with our roasted pumpkin, spinach, walnut and feta salad.

Ingredients
Pumpkin, Egg, Cream, Ham, Puff pastry, Onion, Asparagus, Red wine vinaigrette (Vegetable oil, Olive oil, Red wine vinegar, Mustard, Golden eschallot, Salt, Sugar), Spinach, Walnut, Mustard, Feta.
Preparation and storage notes
Warm the tart in the oven for 8 minutes at 180 C or in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes or until hot. Serve with the salad
