Cornish Pasty
Shortcrust pastry wrapped around slow cooked beef and root vegetables, baked until golden and crispy. Served with mushy peas and braised carrots.

Ingredients
Carrot, Chicken stock, Plain white flour, Beef chuck, Washed potato, Peas, Swede, Onion, Unsalt butter, Lard, Egg, Garlic, Salt, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Bake pasty in the oven at 180 C for 15-20 fan forced. or until hot. Serve with the mushy peas and braised carrots
