Roast chicken thigh, mushroom duxelle and cheese wrapped in puff pastry served with garden salad.

Puff pastry, Chicken thigh fillets, Mushroom, Chopped tomato, Parmesan cheese, Red wine vinaigrette (Vegetable oil, Olive oil, Red wine vinegar, Mustard, Golden eschallot, Salt, Sugar), Cos lettuce, Butter, Onion, Cucumber, Feta, Red onion, Garlic.
Preparation and storage notes
Reheat the Wellington in the oven at 180 C for approximately 15 minutes or until hot. Serve with the garden sald
