Salmon patty, greek salad and lemon cheek
An old fashioned favourite with mashed potato, flaked salmon, peas and spring onion, molded into a patty which is crumbed and fried until golden. Served with a greek salad and fresh lemon cheek.
Ingredients
Salmon, Potato, Egg, Peas, Plain white flour, Gluten-free breadcrump, Red wine vinaigrette (Vegetable oil, Olive oil, Red wine vinegar, Mustard, Golden eschallot, Salt, Sugar), Cos lettuce, Chopped tomato, Milk, Kalamata olive, Feta, Pickled cucumber, Cucumber, Red onion, Salt, White pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Place salmon patty in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes or until hot. OR Bake patty in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 C
