Its that time of the year when theres lots going on. Let us remove the stress by offering you a selection of take home goodness this week. We have Spanish chicken that is baked with ham and tomato or we also have our very special Moo Shu Pork pancakes with egg and cucumber. There is a tangy Chicken and Preserved lemon tagine or our Baked Salmon fillet with salsa verde. This weeks cake is Upside Down Pear cake with Honey Syrup Our family favourites are all there too, so be quick.
Meals - Ready to Eat
Another home style meal option for you that is made from scratch by us. Simply reheat and eat.
Slow cooked corned beef, braised carrots, potato puree and steamed green beans. the ultimate in home cooked meals.
A 100gm fillet of salmon, served on top of our creamy potato puree with a generous dollop of salsa verde which is a herby lemon dressing. Accompanied by steamed green vegetables.
This is a Moroccan inspired slow cooked chicken dish, packed full of flavour with preserved limes, almonds and green olives. We have partnered it here with traditional cous cous. Simply heat and serve !
Roasted pumpkin puree forms the base of this tasty pasta bake. It is topped with a dollop of mascarpone cheese and crispy fried sage leaves. simply bake in the oven to reheat it or transfer it to a microwave safe dish and microwave gently to reheat.

Moo Shu Pork is a homestyle Chinese dish, traditionally served with rice. We have opted to serve it wrapped inside traditional Mandarin pancakes, ready for you to steam at home. Flavours of mushroom, cucumber, shoaxing and sesame make this dish a must try!
