Pork San Choy Bau
San Choy Bau is the perfect meal when you want to eat something light. The mince is flavoured with Shaoxing rice wine, oyster sauce and sezchuan pepper. Add your own lettuce cups, bean shoots and coriander and voila!

Pork mince, Golden eschallot, Gluten free oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, Light soy sauce, Water chestnut, Sesame oil, Minced ginger, Garlic, Szechuan pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Place unopened bag into a pot of simmering water for 15 minutes. Serve with lettuce cups, bean shoots and coriander
