Chicken A La Normande with Potato Puree
Slow cooked chicken pieces cooked gently with bacon, cider, apples and mustard. This is a dish that can be eaten all year round. Paired with our mash and cos lettuce leaves.
Ingredients
Chicken pieces, Washed potato, Onion, Green apple, Apple cider, Double cream, Pouring cream, Unsalt butter, Bacon, Cos lettuce, Red wine vinaigrette (Vegetable oil, Olive oil, Red wine vinegar, Mustard, Golden eschallot, Salt, Sugar), Lemon, Mustard, Caster sugar.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lettuce and set aside. Microwave the chicken and mash for approximately 3 minutes or until hot. serve with the lettuce on the side.
