Chicken Fried Rice with Bacon, Egg & Spring Onion
If you are looking for a light lunch and evening meal, this is the perfect alternative for you. This meal comes with a short use by date so it will need to be eaten the day it is recieved! It is flavoured with sesame, garlic and ginger! So good you will want it again next week!!
Ingredients
White rice, Chicken thigh fillets, Egg, Bacon, Light soy sauce, Sesame oil, Minced ginger, Minced garlic, Fried shallot, Spring onion.
Preparation and storage notes
Store in the fridge. Remove lid and cover with cling film. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until hot. Serve immediately, sprinkled with fried shallots. Discard what is not eaten. This must be eaten the day it is collected!
