We marinate the chicken overnight with a lemongrass and miso paste and then bake it in the oven until the chicken is cooked and the crust has blackened. This is best eaten cold and then finely sliced with fresh oak lettuce, and your favourite salad ingredients.

To reheat it all you need to do is pop the unopened bag Into a pot of very gently simmering water for approximately 30 minutes for every kilo of turkey.
