Chicken Galantine
This super tasty and moist boned chicken has been stuffed with traditional sage and onion farce. We have rolled it and poached it in a water bath to lock in all the natural juices of the chicken . You can eat it warmed or serve it sliced with a homemade chutney . Either way.... it doesn’t get any easier than this!
Ingredients
Whole chicken, Chicken mince, Onion, Brandy, Butter, Fresh sage, Egg, Cream, Allspice berries, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Place the unopened bag into a pot of simmering water and heat gently. Small- 40 minutes medium - 50 minutes Large - 60 minutes
