Blackened Chicken Breast with Lemongrass
As the weather is starting to warm up we are looking for lighter meal options for you. This Blackened chicken breast is the perfect starter, brunch or light meal option when added to a light salad. We marinate the chicken overnight with a lemongrass and miso paste and then bake it in the oven until the chicken is cooked and the crust has blackened. This is best eaten cold and then finely sliced with fresh oak lettuce, and your favourite salad ingredients.

Chicken breast, Long red chilli, Gluten free soy sauce, Miso, Minced ginger, Lemongrass, Sesame oil, Garlic, Coriander root.
