Tuna and Cauliflower Mornay
An old school favourite, loaded with chunks of Cauliflower and flaky tuna pieces, bound in a cheesy bechamel sauce, served with garden salad leaves and our very own house dressing

Ingredients
Red wine vinaigrette (Vegetable oil, Olive oil, Red wine vinegar, Mustard, Golden eschallot, Salt, Sugar), Cauliflower, Tuna, Milk, Tomato, fresh, Onion, Cheese, Peas, Cos lettuce, Pickled onion, Cucumber, Butter, Mustard, Plain white flour.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave the mornay for 2-3 minutes or until hot . Or Bake in the oven at 180 covered with foil for 15-20 minutes. Serve with the salad.
