Potato Puree
The tastiest, smoothest potato 'mash' either side of the Border. Great with just about anything, but especially good with our Pork and Chicken meatballs.
Serves two as a main course accompaniment.

Ingredients
Washed potato, Cream, Unsalt butter, Salt, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
To reheat, place the unopened bag into a pot of simmering water for 20-25 minutes. Carefully remove the bag from the water, open and serve. Use fresh within two 7 days, or frozen from fresh will last 3 months.
