Beef Jus (Water, Beef bones, Red wine, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Fresh thyme leaves, Fresh rosemary), Beef fillet.
Preparation and storage notes
Leave meat at room temperature for approximately 2 hours. Remove from packaging. Seal all sides of the meat on a hot BBQ or pan. Place beef in a preheated oven at 200C for 5-8 minutes for Medium rare. Rest for 4 min.
