Poached pear, roasted hazelnuts and dark chocolate combined make the base for this rich winter dessert. More hazelnuts, chocolate and cocoa are crumbled over the top before baking to give this dessert its crunch. Best served with a dollop of cream or your favourite icecream!

Remove lid and bake at 180C for approximately 15-20 minutes or until hot
