This is a reflection of the spices and herbs from all these regions in making this curry. A favourite of any curry lover not very spicy but rather a milder, creamy dish. Comes with Cauliflower Rice.

Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
