Loaded with amazing flavour, a little spice that we marinate and seare quickly on a pan before we bake the chicken breast fillet served with roast pumpkin and sweet potato and steamed vegetables.

Chicken breast, Sweet potato, Pumpkin, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Coconut Cream, Green Beans, Carrots, Cajun Spice, Zucchini, Extra virgin olive oil, Himalayan Salt, Garlic Powder, Oregano (dried), Cayenne Pepper, Ground Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
