We have added a new catergory in our menu. Star Dish of the week. Sometimes we forget that we have ingredients that have amazing properties and besides eating healthy do we ever think what is so great about certain ingredients. We love GINGER and we love how amazing it is (if you can handle it) for your body. Did you know ginger can reduce intestinal inflammation, create better digestion, improve immunity & brain function, these are some of the benefits of ginger. I grew up eating ginger especailly in the cooler periods of the year. This is a complete meal from our special broth, to the poached chicken loaded in ginger & shallot sauce through to the greens that we get from our local Rusty Markets.

Chicken breast, Low Carb Noodles, Bok Choy, Spring Onion, Fresh Garlic, Sesame Oil, Himalayan Salt, Ground Black pepper, Ginger, Lemongrass, Coriander (Fresh).

Preparation and storage notes

Open the lid and leave on top of the container. Place in microwave and heat on HIGH for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Remove lid and enjoy!
