Tofu, Red Cabbage, Black rice, Onion, Apple Cider Vinegar, Ginger, Yellow Capsicum, Green Capsicum, Red Capsicum, Green Beans, Broccoli, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Sichuan peppercorn, Sesame Seeds, Sesame Oil, Maple Syrup, Fresh Garlic.

Preparation and storage notes

For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
