A vegan version of our Gourmet Special Kung Po. A spicy dish that was named after a court official from the Sichuan province during the Qing Dynasty who loved spicy stir fry which is slightly spicy (Sichuan pepper) and tangy, comes with Black Rice

Tofu, Red Cabbage, Black rice, Onion, Apple Cider Vinegar, Ginger, Yellow Capsicum, Green Capsicum, Red Capsicum, Green Beans, Broccoli, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Sichuan peppercorn, Sesame Seeds, Sesame Oil, Maple Syrup, Fresh Garlic.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
