Basmati rice, Broccoli, Vegetable stock, Bok Choy, Shitake Mushrooms, Mushroom, Tapioca Flour, Oyster Mushroom, Green Beans, Maple Syrup, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Fresh Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Ground Black pepper, Sesame Oil.

Preparation and storage notes

For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
