Pork Ribs, Basmati rice, Bok Choy, Broccoli, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Ginger, Tapioca Flour, Sesame Oil, Salt, Ground white pepper, Star Anise, Five Spice, Cloves, Cinnamon stick.

Preparation and storage notes

For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
