Chicken breast, Basmati rice, Coconut Cream, Green Beans, Bamboo Shoots, Fish Sauce (GF), Maple Syrup, Turmeric, Himalayan Salt, Galangal, Ground Coriander, Lemongrass, Cumin Powder, Fenugreek, Cardamon pod, Kaffir Lime Leaf.

Preparation and storage notes

For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
