Pork Leg, Sweet potato, Pumpkin, White Cabbage, Broccoli Head, Carrots, Green Beans, Tomato Paste, Paprika, Oregano (dried), Thyme, Cayenne Pepper, Himalayan Salt, Ground Black pepper.

Preparation and storage notes

For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
