Chicken thigh fillet, Basmati rice, Green Beans, Maple Syrup, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Ginger, Sesame Oil, Himalayan Salt, Sesame Seeds, Ground Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat fresh in microwave for 3 - 4 minutes on HIGH. If frozen then recommended to defrost before heating in microwave on HIGH for 3 - 4 minutes.
