Our own version of dumplings using eggplant as the dumpling pastry. Learnt from a popular Chinese chef, his secret recipe for his pork mince dumpling which uses traditional Chinese ingredients. We stuff the eggplant with this pork dumpling mixture and pan fry. Comes with tricolour rice & Asian Greens in home made oyster sauce.
