]Our own version of dumplings using eggplant as the dumpling pastry. Learnt from a popular Chinese chef, his secret recipe for his pork mince dumpling which uses traditional Chinese ingredients. We stuff the eggplant with this pork dumpling mixture and pan fry. Comes with cauli rice & Asian Greens & home made oyster sauce. Please note that Keto doesn't come with rice it comes with low carb noodles.
