Our own version of dumplings using eggplant as the dumpling pastry. Learnt from a popular Chinese chef, his secret recipe for his pork mince dumpling which uses traditional Chinese ingredients. We stuff the eggplant with this pork dumpling mixture and pan fry. Comes with tricolour rice & Asian Greens in home made oyster sauce.

Eggplant, Pork Mince, Bok Choy, Basmati rice, Brown Rice, Wombok, Fresh Oysters, Chestnuts, Fish Sauce (GF), Tapioca Flour, Extra virgin olive oil, Fresh Garlic, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Sesame Oil, Ground white pepper.

Preparation and storage notes

When meal is fresh heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes on HIGH, when frozen it is recommended to defrost first before heating for 3-4 minutes in microwave on HIGH.
