Organic Tofu, Red Cabbage, Cauliflower, Broccoli Stem, Broccoli, Green Beans, Broccoli Head, Apple Cider Vinegar, Ground Black pepper, Maple Syrup, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Fresh Garlic, Korean Chili Flakes, Fennel Seeds, Himalayan Salt, Coconut Sugar.

Preparation and storage notes

For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or unitl hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
