A dessert from the Americans, not dissimilar to our crumbles - it's full of hot bubbly fruit, crowned with a biscuity-cake like topping made with buttermilk.

Ingredients
Apple, Caster sugar, Flour, Buttermilk, Butter, Brown sugar, Lemon juice, Egg, Lemon, Baking powder, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Salt, ground cardamom.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid. Heat for 8-10 min on 180c or heat on high for 2-3 min until heated through.
