Layers of slowly cooked bolognese ragu, Tilba dairy bechamel and mozzarella on top. A classic favourite! *Please note it is easier for us to transport this dish frozen.

Ingredients

Milk, Beef mince, Tin crushed tomato, Onion, Carrot, Pasta sheets, Mozzarella cheese, Butter, Flour, Red wine, Celery, Tomato paste, Garlic, Oregano, Thyme, Raw sugar, Fine sea salt, Pepper, Parsley, Nutmeg.

Preparation and storage notes

Defrost first. Remove lid and bake for 30 - 35 minutes on 180C.
