Cauliflower, Water, Red lentils, Tin crushed tomato, Basmati rice, Coconut cream, Onion, Baby spinach, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander, Cumin, Mustard seed, Curry leaves, Turmeric

Preparation and storage notes

Microwave: Heat on high at 1000W for 5 1/2 minutes. Remove from microwave and allow to stand for 1 - 2 minutes. Carefully remove film. Stir and serve. Ensure food is at least 75C prior to consumption.
