Chairman Mao's Red Pork with Asian Greens
Red Braised Pork could almost be the national dish of China. From the province of Hunan, this dish consists of slowly braised pork belly that is then caramelised and stir fried with star anise, a hint of chilli, Shaoxing wine and soy.

Ingredients
Pork belly, Broccoli, Shaoxing, Onion, Asian greens, Raw sugar, Veg oil, Spring onion, Soy, Garlic, Ginger, Bird's eye chilli, Cinnamon, Star anise, Salt.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid. Heat on high for 2- 3 minutes or until heated through.
