Lamb Shank, Tin crushed tomato, Cream, Frozen spinach, Onion, Peas, Tomato paste, Cashew nut, Garlic, Ginger, Dessicated coconut, Garam Masala, ground coriander, fresh coriander, Turmeric, cumin seeds.
