Goat meat marinated in traditional aromatics, dry spices and herbs, and fried in curry then slow cooked until it is tender. Capsicum and diced potatoes are added near the end of cooking to thicken the curry and add some extra starch to soak up all the goodness of the slow cooked meat and veggies...delicious!

Goat shoulder, on the bone, Coconut cream, Potato, Water, Red capsicum, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Cumin, Coriander, Curry leaves, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Garlic powder, Ground ginger, Allspice, Onion powder, Sweet paprika, Thyme, Pepper, Cinnamon.

Preparation and storage notes

Remove lid. Heat on high for 2-3 min or until heated through.
