Stroganoff is a perennial favorite, and something I crave to this day. It isn't too fancy, but there's something about the way the intensely savoury flavors of the mushrooms, onions and chicken melded with the rich and slightly tangy sour cream make it irresistibly appealing. Yes, we know, it's usually made with beef. But what if we fancied it up with chicken? Yessssss.
