Cooked slowly for great flavour, this beef cheek is the perfect dish for the cooler weather and is best served with Ebden and Olive Potato Puree or Creamy Polenta (available as side dish options). Generous single serve - may serve 2.

Preparation and storage notes
To reheat, place the unopened bag into a pot of simmering water for 20-25 minutes. Carefully remove the bag from the water, open and serve. Use fresh within two weeks, or frozen from fresh will last 6 months.
