Chilli Con Carne with Baked potato & sour cream
This Mexican inspired stew of ground beef, onion, garlic and kidney beans simmered in a rich tomato sauce with fresh chilli's, ground coriander and cumin and topped with fresh coriander leaves. Hearty and full of flavour without being overpowering. Served with baked potato, sour cream and jalapenos, all you need to do is heat and serve.
Ingredients
Aberdeen Angus Beef Mince, Crushed Tomatoes, Onion, Kidney Bean, sour cream, Potato, Coriander, Tomato Puree, Chilli, Garlic, lemon juice, Cumin, Ground Coriander, chilli powder, Salt, Pepper, Fresh Jalapeno.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Microwave for further 2-3 minutes if frozen.
