Roasted pepper, corn & black bean baked enchiladas slice
These Black Bean and Corn Enchiladas are oh so flavourful, they will be a new family favourite! So delicious and filling, no one will ever miss the meat. Topped with cheese and baked in a homemade tomato sauce, makes this a healthy and hearty vegetarian meal!
Ingredients
Old El Paso Black beans, Sweet Corn, Red Capsicum, red onion, tortilla, Lime, cheese, Fresh Jalapeno, Olive Oil, Salt, Tomato, Cumin, Paprika, Coriander, Onion, Garlic.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave for 2 - 3 mins until piping hot. If heating from frozen heat for a further 2 - 3 mins until piping hot at centre.
