Lamb shanks, MIlk, Brown Onion, Water, dried figs, Polenta, Carrot, red wine, Tomato Paste, Celery, Parmesan, Olive Oil, Butter, lemon juice, Red Chilli, Garlic, Cinnamon, Thyme, Cumin, Ground Coriander, fennel seed, cloves, Chicken Broth, Cardamom, Salt, Pepper, Star Anise, Rosemary.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Microwave for further 2-3 minutes if frozen.
