Beef Bourguignon Pie with mushrooms, rosemary & bacon
We've taken our famous beef pie and upped the 'Oooh La La' with this Beef Bourguignon version. We've slow-cooked beef with red wine, shallots bacon, mushrooms and celery and enveloped it all in our flaky pastry. Perfect for these autumn evenings, all you have to do is bake for 70 minutes from frozen. Serve with a fresh garden salad to make a nourishing family meal everyone will love.
Ingredients
Rosemary, cannellini beans, Carrot, Beef Stock (homemade), Beef Chuck Steak, Puff Pastry, Mushrooms, Eggs, Onion, red wine, Olive Oil, Bacon, Celery, Garlic, Tomato Paste, Salt, Pepper, Bay Leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove film and bake tray in pre-heated oven at 170 for 15-20 minutes or until hot. Further heating time needed if frozen.
