Lamb Rogan Josh curry
A Kashmiri origin, Indian lamb curry made with a gravy flavoured with garlic, ginger and aromatic spices. This slow cooked lamb is fall apart tender and packs a serious flavour punch! Just add your own rice or enjoy with store-bought roti to make it a complete meal!
Ingredients
Lamb, red onion, Tomato Passata, Yoghurt, Fresh Coriander, Vegetable oil, Ginger, Garlic, Red Chilli, Cinnamon, Garam Masala, Paprika, Cumin, Turmeric, Coriander, chilli powder, cloves, Cardamom.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Microwave for further 2-3 minutes if frozen.
