Beef & mushroom bourguignon pie
We've taken our famous beef pie and upped the 'Oooh La La' with this Beef Bourguignon version. We've slow-cooked beef with red wine, shallots, mushrooms and fresh parsley and enveloped it all in our flaky pastry. Perfect for these autumn evenings, all you have to do is bake for 35 minutes fresh, or 70 minutes from frozen. Serve with a salad or steamed vegetables to make a nourishing family meal everyone will love.
Ingredients
Beef Chuck Steak, Puff Pastry, Bacon, red wine, Onion, Carrot, Mushrooms, Garlic, Shallot, Celery, Tomato Paste, Vegetable oil, Paprika, Thyme, Star Anise, Parsley, Bay Leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
Pre-heat oven to 180. Remove film and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until hot inside.
