Slow-cooking the best quality local brisket gives us an incredibly tender beef dish topped with a shallot jus accompanied with potato gratin, broccolini and roasted carrots. This is a beautiful dish that's easy to heat and serve and leaves you feeling nourished and satisfied. Delivered in our new compostable packaging in either a single-serve or two-person serve. If you're serving a larger group, simply add additional quantities.
Ingredients
red wine vinegar, Chilli, Beef Stock (homemade), Beef, Shallot, Carrot, Potato, Olive Oil, fresh parsley, red wine, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Coriander.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Microwave for further 2-3 minutes if frozen.
