Red Thai Pork curry with pineapple and Thai basil, jasmine rice

Pork shoulder cooked along with eggplant, pineapple and Thai basil, in a sweet-savoury, and quite rich curry is the perfect meal to enjoy any day of the week. Our single serve comes along with Jasmine rice. If you'd like to order a bigger portion of the curry, then opt for the 2 serve and you can cook your own rice at home to make it a complete meal.

Coconut Milk, Pork, Jasmine rice, Onion, Bok choy, thai red curry paste, pineapple, Red Capsicum, Vegetable oil, Lime, Basil, Shrimp paste, lemongrass, Sugar, Garlic, Fish Sauce, Shallot, Dried chilli, Red Chilli, Galangal, Fresh Coriander, Ground Coriander, Cumin, Kaffir.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Microwave for further 2-3 minutes if frozen.
