Our Croissants are made with a buttery flaking pastry, baked until golden and fluffy. Serve sweet with jam or savoury with ham and cheese. Two pieces this this serving.

MIlk, Flour, Caster Sugar, Unsalted Butter, yeast.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep Frozen until ready to bake. Put Croissants onto a lined baking tray and bake in pre-heated oven at 175c for 16 minutes or until golden brown.
