*Truffled Mushroom and Whipped Ricotta Lasagne
Pre-heat oven to 160c. Remove plastic lid and place on a baking sheet in the oven. Heat for 20- 30 mins if defrosted or 40 - 50 mins from frozen. Alternatively microwave for 8 - 12 mins. Ensure pie is piping hot at centre.
