Italian Vegetable Lasagne with Ricotta & Basil

Ingredients
Tomato Passata, Roasted red peppers, Onion, Ricotta, Pumpkin, Crushed Tomatoes, Fresh Lasagne sheets, Zucchini, Mozzarella, Spinach, Basil, Olive Oil, Eggs, Parmesan, Green Pesto, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Red Chilli Flakes, Nutmeg, Thyme.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove film and bake in pre-heated oven at 180c for 25 - 30 minutes or until piping hot. Allow to rest for ten minutes before serving. Further heating time required if cooking from frozen.
